Corey Mark Fisher wrote his own crypto intro piece which is well worth reading for anyone looking for some cryptocurrency education. He gave plenty of background information on Bitcoin and blockchain technology, how Bitcoin is created, why it has value, and how you can buy and store Bitcoin.
